Shipping policy


Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. Most items are made-to-order and due to the high volume of orders & being a one-person operation, current processing times are now 4-6 weeks BEFORE shipping an order. Custom orders may take 6-8 weeks BEFORE shipping, depending on the nature of the request. All orders are shipped with tracking.

An automatic email will be sent with tracking information once an item is shipped. Shipping times vary depending on destination location.

With current COVID-19 related delays, we recommend allowing at least 4 weeks AFTER an item has been shipped for an item to arrive. We cannot guarantee shipping times as we have no control over mail carrier delays. Please expect longer delivery times for international orders due to customs processing times.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any duties, customs and import taxes and fees that may apply. The Groggy Owl is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost Items
The Groggy Owl is not responsible for items lost in the mail. Any items lost in the mail is the responsibility of the mail carrier. However, if this does occur, please let us know and we would be happy to assist you as best we can.
