Are your ‘healing crystals’ doing more harm than good? In many cases, yes.  I love rough-cut gemstones and crystals. I especially love incorporating them into my handcrafted jewellery for my brand, The Groggy Owl. They’re gorgeous rocks reflecting the incredible beauty mother earth has to offer.
